The Practice offers classes designed to leave you feeling centered, focused, calm, and revived. We believe movement should nourish—not drain—you. That’s why each session is crafted to uplift, inspire, and support sustainable energy, not burnout.

Our doors are open to all bodies seeking mindful movement, presence, and community. This is more than just a space to move and breathe—it’s a gathering place grounded in shared humanity. A place where we remember that we are more alike than different, and where everyone belongs.

Founded by Stephanie LaSpina,

The Practice was born from a longing.

A longing for a movement space that felt real—uncluttered by dogma, untouched by gimmicks, and grounded in something deeper. Stephanie couldn’t find it, so she built it. A space where movement is intelligent, energizing, and restorative. Where the environment soothes the nervous system as much as the body is strengthened. A space that welcomes you just as you are.

With over 12 years of experience teaching yoga and group fitness—spanning New York City to international studios—Stephanie has trained hundreds of teachers taught thousands of classes. Now rooted in Asheville, she brings her full heart, expertise, and vision to The Practice.
